HOW’S THE PARK CITY REAL ESTATE MARKET – APRIL 2024
Home prices are down and the number of listings on the market are holding steady making it a great time to buy!

Single-Family Homes in Park City Limits (84060)
The median Single-Family Home sales price for March was down by 41% to $3,313,500 with 10 units sold. That’s a 150% increase in number of homes sold in March year-over-year. The Median Days on Market was 93 days (down 60%) and the Median Sold Price per Sq. Ft. was $1,288. That price per SF represents a 28% increase. Listings coming on the market for single-family homes were flat at 12 new listings with 58 active listings on the market. Single-family inventory for sale is generally down 6.5%.
Condo/Townhome/Multi-Unit in Park City Limits (84060)
Signs are pointing to an improving environment for condo Buyers in town: The median sales price for March was $1,585,000 (down 30%) with 22 units sold (down 18.5%) in the Park City Limits. Both the median price and number of sales dropped from the previous year. The Average Days on Market was 13 days, a dramatic drop in the time to sell of 67.5% from March 2023. The Median Price per Sq. Ft. was $1,018, representing just a 8.3% drop. Great news for buyers is a 78.3% increase in the number of condo listings, up to 41 new condos for sale in March 2024 with 78 currently active listings on the market.
