August 2024 Park City Single Family Sales Compared to Previous Month
The Median Sales Price for single-family homes in Park City proper in August was $3,475,000, with 15 units sold. The Median Sales Price was 3.1% lower compared to July, while the number of closings increased by 87.5%. The Median Days on Market was 53 (up 25%), and the Median Sold Price per Square Foot was $1,110 (up just 2.5%).
There were 22 new single-family home listings in Park City proper, with 83 active listings currently on the market. This number of new listings was up 15.8%, increasing active inventory by 10.7% over the previous month. This is a trend we like to see, as it helps create a more balanced market.

The Median Sales Price for condos in Park City proper in August was $1,650,000 (up 1.5%) with 21 units sold. That is a 25% decrease in the quantity of closings compared to the previous month. The Median Days on Market was 52 days, and the Median Sold Price Per Sq. Ft. was $961 (down 1.6%). The Days on Market to sale was down 8.9%, and the number of new listings was down 28% compared to July. There were 23 new listings, with 78 currently active listings on the market.
