Guests will enjoy a welcome reception with bites like grilled oysters with caviar beurre blanc and gator bites with comeback sauce, followed by a plated dinner featuring heirloom tomato tarta, a showstopping seafood jambalaya with butter-poached lobster tail, and a decadent brick oven chocolate crostata. The median sales price of single-family homed for in Park City limits in May was $4,817,500 with 8 units sold. That’s is 100% more units sold year-over-year for the month of May. That median sales price is up 37.3% compared to the same month last year. The Median Days on Market was 12 days (down 72.7%) and the Median Sold Price per Sq. Ft. was $1,000 (up 44.3%). There were 19 new listings with 79 currently active listings on the market.

The median sales price for May was $2,850,000 with 7 units sold. That median price is up 54.3% over last May. The Median Days on Market was 13 days and the Median Sold Price per Sq. Ft. was 1,338. Inventory is up in general by about 11% indicating it’s a good time for buyers and sellers given the faster sales pace.
