The “Upper Deer Valley” location is actually mid-mountain and has Silver Lake Village as its center to the prime location. Located on the mountain at 8,100 feet, Silver Lake offers perfect access to Deer Valey Resort luxury skiing, dining, and shopping. Noteworthy for the central location is the confluence of ski lifts. This location has quick access to both Flagstaff Mountain and Bald Mountain skiing via Sterling Express, Judge, and Homestake Express lifts.

Silver Lake Village is considered by many the heart of Deer Valley Resort, with Stein Eriksen Lodge its most distinguished landmark.

Silver Lake Village offers fine dining, shopping, and entertainment for the resort, complete with a ski beach, day lodge (Silver Lake Lodge,) family restaurants, and après ski bars. Silver Lake located properties are both ski in/ ski out and near the slopes offering easy access to beginner terrain as well as intermediate and fast access to the steepest at Deer Valley Resort in Empire Pass via the Red Cloud lift.
