Single Family Homes in Park City (84060)
The Median Sales Price for single-family homes in Park City proper in November was $3,475,020, with 10 units sold. The Median Sales Price was 25.3% lower compared to October, and the number of closings was down 16.7% to 10. The Median Days on Market was up 134% at 117 days, and the Median Sold Price per Square Foot was $1,102 (down 8.9%).
There were 13 new single-family home listings in Park City proper, with 54 active listings currently on the market. This number of new listings was up 18.2%, while active inventory was down 14.3%.

The Median Sales Price for condos in Park City proper in November was $1,372,500 (up 37.3%) with 18 units sold. That is a 37.9% decrease in the quantity of closings compared to October. The Median Days on Market was 5 days (down 88.8%), and the Median Sold Price Per Sq. Ft. was $870 (down 0.4%).The number of new listings was down 18.8% compared to October. There were 13 new listings, with 49 current active listings on the market.
