Single-Family Homes August 2024 Park City Single Family Sales Compared to Previous Month The Median Sales Price for single-family homes in Park City proper in August was $3,475,000, with 15 units sold. The Median Sales Price was 3.1% lower compared to July, while the number of closings increased by 87.5%.
