Single Family Homes in Park City (84060)
Single Family In -Town Statistics for May 2023 year-over-year:
Single-family homes in Park City remain at lower than normal inventory levels for sale. Year-over year from May 2023 to 2022, new listings were down over 37%. for the month, but generally there were 8.5% more listings for sale than in May of 2022. Closed sales of homes were exactly the same year-over-year and the median days on market was down 64%.
Condo/Townhouse in Park City (84060) Statistics May 2023 Year-Over-Year:
The in-town condo market is quite similar to the above single-family summary with seveal exceptions. The median days on the market is up year-over year by 80% to 27 days on market. Closed sales are down for condos.
