Park City & Summit County Market Snapshot

Park City continues to lead with strong momentum — total sales volume surged 56%, driven by standout growth in Deer Crest (+800%) and Upper Deer Valley (+66%). Luxury remains the engine: Empire Pass and Deer Crest posted average prices over $5M, with Empire Pass reaching
a $7M median.

Lower Deer Valley also impressed, with a 60% volume increase and a 25% rise in average price, signaling sustained demand for premium ski-access properties.

Snyderville showed mixed performance: overall volume dipped 5%, but Kimball and Pinebrook posted solid gains in both units sold and pricing. Inventory growth across the region is giving buyers more
options — and making presentation and pricing more critical than ever.

Key Takeaway: The high-end segment is thriving, and well-positioned listings are commanding attention.
