If you’ve been thinking about LOCAL TIPS FOR THE UPCOMING SKI SEASON Utah Olympic Park (UOP) | Uphill Season Pass The Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation is once again offering Uphill Season Passes for the 2025–2026 season at the Utah Olympic Park (UOP). This unique program invites community members to Please note that UOP is an athletic training facility, not a ski resort—participants must be prepared for backcountry conditions and self-rescue. Uphill passes are valid for human-powered travel only (no lift access) and must be displayed visibly while on the mountain. Each passholder receives three buddy passes, redeemable in person when accompanying a guest. Hours of operation: 8 a.m.–4 p.m. daily. No access is allowed outside these hours. Two designated uphill routes—North and South—are available, and users must remain on approved trails during open hours. All uphill travelers must sign a liability waiver, carry their armband pass, and follow safety protocols, including yielding to downhill traffic and machinery. This program offers a great way to stay active while respecting the unique Woodward Park City | Mountain Park Season Pass: Winter Ride all winter long with lift access to groomed runs, terrain parks, and beginner-friendly zones—plus 2 lift tickets to share. The Median Sales Price for single family homes in October was $2,886,750 with 10 sales. Year-over-year the Median Sales Price for Park City, UT homes is down 37.9% and units sold is down 16.7%. The Median Days on Market was 78 days (up 63.2%) and the Median Sold Price per Sq. Ft. was $1,386, up 14.5% year-over-year. There were 12 new listings with 71 currently active listings on the market. Active inventory for single-family homes in Park City is up 7.6% year-over-year, good news for buyers.
The median sales price for the Park City limits for condos and townhomes in September was $2,990,000 with 33 units sold. Number of sales is up 13.8% year-over-year, and the median sales price is up 199% for in-town condos year-over-year. The Median Days on Market to sale was 33 days (down 34%) and the Median Sold Price per Sq. Ft. was $1,284 which is a 47.1% increase; both are good news for sellers. There were 22 new listings with 79 condos currently active on the market. Condo active inventory for October is up 17.9% from the previous year.
