Sophisticated Real Estate Services 

May in Park City is a season of transition and opportunity. As the last traces of winter give way to longer days and warming temperatures, the mountains begin to trade ski tracks for hiking and biking trails. 

In real estate, this seasonal shift often brings renewed momentum. Buyers are actively
preparing for summer, while sellers are positioning their homes to stand out ahead of the peak season. The energy around Memorial Day weekend often signals a turning point, with increased activity, visitors exploring the area, and new opportunities coming to market.

Stein Eriksen Lodge
The lodge is scheduled to reopen on May 8, with additional outlets—including Champions and First Tracks—returning on May 22. 

Chateaux Deer Valley
The hotel is expected to reopen May 11, with spa services to follow on a to-be-announced schedule.

The Residence Club
The Residence Club is scheduled to reopen May 21, just ahead of the early summer season.

Stein Eriksen Residences
Both dining at 7880 Club and the Silver Aspen Spa are set to reopen May 22.

With reopening dates approaching, these properties will soon welcome guests back for hiking, biking, and all that summer in Park City has to offer.

HOW’S THE PARK CITY REAL ESTATE MARKET?

View single-family home statistics for April compared to the month prior.

May’s single-family home data reflects a market in transition, with pricing resilience in some areas and shifting demand in others.

Park City Limits saw a pullback in median pricing (-18.2%) and sales volume (-20%), though price per square foot remained strong, indicating continued demand for well-located, high-quality homes.

In Snyderville Basin, both median price and sales activity declined, while days on market increased significantly—suggesting buyers are taking more time and becoming more selective.

The Jordanelle area held relatively steady in pricing, with slight gains in both median price and price per square foot, while homes sold more quickly—pointing to improving efficiency despite lower transaction volume.

Kamas Valley experienced notable price growth, with median price and price per square foot rising sharply, though fewer transactions indicate limited inventory or more selective buyer activity.

Meanwhile, Heber Valley showed strong overall momentum, with increases in price, price per square foot, and sales volume, though a modest rise in days on market suggests a more balanced pace.
