The Median Sales Price for single-family homes in Park City proper in September was $2,850,000, with 12 units sold. The Median Sales Price was 11.3% lower compared to August, and the number of closings decreased by 7.7%. The Median Days on Market was up 131.6% at 88 day, and the Median Sold Price per Square Foot was $739 (down 39.9%).
There were 13 new single-family home listings in Park City proper, with 70 active listings currently on the market. This number of new listings was up 8.3%, increasing active inventory by 9.4% over the previous month.
Condos/Townhomes in Park City (84060)
The Median Sales Price for condos in Park City proper in September was $1,472,000 (up 57.3%) with 22 units sold. That is a 4.3% decrease in the quantity of closings compared to the previous month. The Median Days on Market was 24 days, and the Median Sold Price Per Sq. Ft. was $1,014 (up 6.6%). The Days on Market to sale was up 23.7%, and the number of new listings was down 17.3% compared to August. There were 19 new listings, with 67 currently active listings on the market.
