Stein Eriksen Lodge Holiday Dining

 

Christmas Eve: Wednesday, December 24th, 2025

o   Begin accepting reservations on November 1, 2025 for all hotel guests and December 1, 2025 for all non-hotel guests.

o   There will be a PRIX FIXE HOLIDAY MENU available in the Glitretind.

o   The first seating will begin between 5:30pm until 6:00pm and the second seating will begin between 7:30pm until 8:00pm

o   This year we will also be offering a preselected wine pairing for guests.  

o   A children’s menu will be available for both seatings. 

o   Price: $250 adults, $50 kids for both seatings.

o   Credit cards and phone numbers will be required to make a reservation. $250/per person will be assessed for cancellations within 48 hours of the event for all out of house guests and within 24 hours of event for all in-house guests! 

o   We will have a maximum of 225 guests this year.

o   The Troll Hallen Lounge will have very limited service available (including a few items from the menu such as the burger, sandwiches and cheese plate)

o   Room service will offer the regular Room Service dinner.

o   On Christmas Eve; house guests should plan on making reservations for the dining room or alternately at Cena.

Christmas Day: Thursday, December 25th, 2025

o   Begin accepting reservations on November 1, 2025 for both seatings for all hotel guests and December 1, 2025 for non-Hotel guests. 

o   We will be serving our traditional CHRISTMAS DAY BUFFET in the Glitretind. Reservations will be available from 11:00am until 2:45pm.  

o   The Christmas Night BUFFET will be served in the Glitretind. Reservations will be available from 5:00pm until 7:30pm

o   Price: $190 adults, $50 kids 5-12 

o   Credit cards and phone numbers will be required to make a reservation. $190/per person will be assessed for cancellations within 48 hours of the event for all out of house guests and within 24 hours of event for all in-house guests!

o   We will have a maximum of 750 guests.

o   The regular Troll Hallen menu will be available in the Troll Hallen Lounge. 

o   Room service will offer the regular Room Service dinner menu.

New Year’s Eve: Wednesday, December 31, 2025

o   Begin taking reservations on November 1, 2025 for both seatings for hotel guests and December 1, 2025 for non-Hotel guests.

   A PRIX FIXE DINNER MENU will be offered in the Glitretind
Restaurant.

o   This year’s New Year’s Eve celebration will feature a band, dancing, and decorations.

o   The FIRST seating begins at 6:00pm and will feature a 5-course menu and a special Kid’s Menu only for the first seating. 

o   FIRST SEATING PRICE: $320 adults; $55 kids menu

o   The SECOND seating begins at 8:30pm and features a 5-course menu; no Kid’s menu

o   SECOND SEATING PRICE: $320 adults (no kid’s menu)

o   All reservations will need a credit card in order to hold the reservation. The cancellation policy will be 100% of the deposit within 72 hours.

o   We will have a maximum of 225 guests.

New Year’s Day Lunch: Thursday, January 1, 2026

o   Begin to take reservations on November 1, 2025 for all hotel guests and December 1, 2025 for non-Hotel guests.

o   We will feature our NEW YEARS BRUNCH BUFFET served with a number of New Year’s specialties.

o   Price: $110 Adults/$50 Kids

o   Reservations will be available from 11:30am until 3:00pm.

o   Credit cards and phone numbers will be required to make a reservation. $110/per person will be assessed for cancellations within 48 hours of the event for all out of house guests and within 24 hours of event for all in-house guests.

o   We will have a maximum of 300 guests.

Presidents’ Day, Sundance, and Spring Break

o   These dates fill up quickly

o   If you’re not staying at the hotel, be sure to mark your calendar for 30 days in advance because that is when reservations open up for non-hotel guests, reservations open 30 days in advance

for non-hotel guests, reservations open 30 days in advance 

o   Troll Hallen does not take reservations, the skiers buffet at Stein’s at Glitretind open 30 days in advance for reservations
