Park City Real Estate Sales Update September 2020
Highlights for the week of September 27th, 2020 New listings dropped below 100 for the first week in the past five. This week’s total was 92 – the highest single week tally since we started tracking earlier this year. Residential new listings year-to-date now total 2,807 compared to 2,667 in the same period last year. New contracts written topped 100 for the 11th consecutive week at 124, more than double the tally from last year (47) in the same week.
