Park City’s single‑family market remains strong. November saw a median sales price of $3,585,000 across 11 closings, with the average price at $5.2M. Year‑over‑year, the median is up 3.2% and sales volume rose 10%.
Homes are moving quickly: median days on market dropped to 28 (a 62.9% decline), likely boosted by ski‑season demand. Prices
per square foot climbed to $1,136, up 3.1%.
Inventory is expanding, with 15 new listings and 72 active homes, a 14.3% increase from last year , good news for buyers seeking options in this competitive market.
Condo and townhome sales within Park City limits surged in November, with 24 units sold at a median price of $2,641,500 and an average price of $3.77M. Year‑over‑year, sales volume rose 14.3%, while prices saw dramatic gains: the median up 142.3% and the average up 90.3%.
The median days on market stretched to 52 (a 225%
increase), suggesting buyers are taking more time despite strong demand. Values remain firm, with the median sold price per square foot at $1,380, up 3.1% year‑over‑year.
Inventory is expanding: 23 new listings brought active condo supply to 89 units, a 50.8% increase from last year—providing buyers with more options in a fast‑evolving market.
