Single Family In -Town Statistics for March year-over-year:
The Median price for single-family homes closed in the Park City limits rose by 48.8% to $5,612,500. But, the median price per square foot closed actually went down 7.5% to $1,006. Total home sales in town were down 63.6% to just 4 home sales. New Single-Family listings were down 40% year-over-year to just 12 homes.
Condo/Townhouse in Park City (84060) Statistics March Year-Over-Year:
Condo sales statistics in town followed similar patterns to the Single-Family performance except the median price for Condos in the city limits held steady (rather than the dramatic increase seen in homes) at $2,143,494. (just down .3% year -over-year)

The 2022–23 ski season has been one for the record books and has been monumental for the state of Utah with unprecedented moisture both in the valleys and mountains! On March 20, Utah made history by hitting the highest level of snowfall in record time, as the state announced that Brighton Resort has reached 703 inches of snowfall for the 2022/2023 season (beginning last October) so far. According to an official announcement, this is the earliest Utah has recorded such a number since it began keeping track of snowfall back in 1943.
