As the days get longer and the snow softens, Park City comes alive with the energy of spring. Whether it’s après-ski on a sunny patio, live music, or exploring the latest real estate opportunities, there’s plenty to enjoy this season.

CANYONS SPRING CONCERT SERIES

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Wasatch Mountains, this free outdoor concert series brings live music, lively crowds, and a vibrant atmosphere to Canyons Village, making it a must-attend event for locals and visitors alike.

Pendry Pool House Saturdays Brought to You by Après House Co.

📍Pendry Rooftop

Every Saturday until March 29th, The Pool House rooftop at Pendry transforms into the ultimate après destination. Enjoy live DJ sets, stunning views, and a lively atmosphere. With direct ski-in access, unwind at the covered bar with heat lamps, plush seating, and a curated selection of food and drinks.

Après House features a rotating lineup of DJs, live music, and exclusive brand activations. Plus, free parking is available in the Pendry garage after 3 PM and in the adjacent lot. Guests must be
21+.

DEER VALLEY AREA APRÈS-SKI

Welcoming the ALPINIST, New to the Deer Valley Après Scene

Village

Perched in the heart of Upper Deer Valley, ALPINIST brings a modern twist to alpine dining while embracing the charm of the 1970s. Warm wood paneling, dim lighting, and a vintage vinyl record player set the scene for an inviting après-ski and dinner experience. The menu blends classic alpine flavors with contemporary culinary techniques, offering everything from rich, traditional fondue to innovative seasonal dishes from renowned local chef, James Dumas.

This intimate champagne yurt swaps ski gear for champagne flutes, caviar, and a vibrant slopeside scene. Savor a curated selection of fresh seafood and gourmet bites, from oysters and indulgent caviar to our signature lobster and caviar grilled cheese. Elevate your experience with craft cocktails designed to warm you up
faster than a hot cocoa on a powder day.

Don’t miss Slopeside Sets @ Chute Eleven, a series of intimate DJ performances bringing top-tier entertainment to this one-of-a-kind setting. The next performance is on Saturday, March 15th at 1 PM – 5:30 PM; get tickets here.

Slopeside Spirits & Live Music: High West Whiskey Lounge

📍 McHenry Beach

Raise a glass to the return of the High West Whiskey Lounge, set against the stunning backdrop of McHenry Beach, mid-mountain outside Silver Lake Lodge. From March 21-23, sip craft cocktails from High West and Offset Bier, savor gourmet bites, and warm up by wood-burning cauldrons.

Kick back in the ski beach lounge with live DJ sets, challenge friends to cornhole
on the snow, and snap a photo with the vintage High West Airstream Bar. Plus, don’t miss the chance to grab a custom-engraved flask. This 21+ event is free to attend.

The median sales price for February was $2,470,000 with 26 units sold. The Median Days on Market
was 51 days and the Median Sold Price per Sq. Ft. was $636. There were 63 new listings with 207 currently active listings on the market.

Condo/Townhomes in Park City Year-over-Year

The median sales price for February was $2,125,000 with 36 units sold. The Median Days on Market was 33 days and the Median Sold Price per Sq. Ft. was $1,266. There were 63 new listings with 194 currently active listings on the market.
