This expansion will almost double Deer Valley’s skiable terrain and at the heart of it is Deer Valley East Village, a contemporary pedestrian village that will serve as a gateway to Deer Valley Resort skiing, après-ski activities, and one of the largest ski beaches in North America. This lively village will elevate the Park City area, featuring an award-winning ski school, children’s programs, retail shops, restaurants, bars, and an ice ribbon.

Marcella Landing at Deer Valley will include 50 new townhomes in the center of East Village. Out of the 16 first available units, there are 7 remaining to be reserved. The gated, Olson Kundig designed townhomes overlook Deer Valley East Village and have direct ski access.
The first available units are all about 5,000 square feet, 5 beds, and 5-5.5 bathrooms. The pricing ranges from $6,900,000 to $9,250,000. Additionally, all 50 Marcella Landing units will allow nightly rentals.
